Day 4

Weight: 12 st 1.8 lbs
Weight loss: 1.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 4.2 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 4.2 lbs in 3 days

Breakfast: 
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Lunch: 
Tuna salad; 4 seafood sticks; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt
Snack:
2 handfuls of raisins; 1 mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Orange chicken; beef satay; egg fried rice; chips; prawn crackers; glass of squash; glass of wine

Exercise: 
Walking to and from the bus (c. 6,000 steps)

Pleased enough with that, but feel off the wagon tonight (celebrating some good news) will do better on the diet front tomorrow, but not expecting good things of the weigh-in!
