Day 29

Weight: 12 st 1.2 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.6 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 4.8 lbs in 28 days

Breakfast:

1 raspberry and cranberry custard mullerlight yoghurt and oat crunch ceral; mug of tea
Lunch:
Cheese and spring onion sandwich; pack of ready salted crisps; diet pepsi
Dinner:
Beefburger; oatbran galette; glass of squash; glass of wine; glass of port

Exercise:
Walked into work  (c. 9,500 steps)

Lost a little bit more - but still a gain over the week : (
