Snack:
Half a chocolate courgette muffin; glass of squash
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable stir-fry; chocolate courgette pudding and custard; glass of pimms and lemonade; glass of wine
Exercise:
18 miles cycle ride! (c. 10,000 steps)
Still going down - if slowly - had cake today, but did cycle an awful long way too!
