Day 17

Weight: 11 st 13.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.4 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 6.4 lbs in 16 days

Breakfast: 
1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of fruit wheats; mug of tea

Lunch: 
Tuna mayonnaise; tomato and cucumber; 1 apple; mug of tea
Snack:
Half a chocolate courgette muffin; glass of squash
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable stir-fry; chocolate courgette pudding and custard; glass of pimms and lemonade; glass  of wine

Exercise:
18 miles cycle ride! (c. 10,000 steps)

Still going down - if slowly - had cake today, but did cycle an awful long way too!
