Onion bagel and philadelphia; mug of tea
Lunch:
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt and maple and pecan cereal
Snack:
Yorkie bar; 2 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea
Dinner:
Paneer tikka; chicken shaslick; naan; 2 pints cider; 2 glasses of wine; small glass of sherry
Exercise:
Woodland walk etc. (c. 13,500 steps)
Weighed in real late so think that weight loss was a little artificial - did have a good work, but followed up by an evening of alcohol and curry, so not expecting to maintain the below 12 stone weight tomorrow!
