1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt and oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable stir-fry, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of wine
Exercise:
General walking (c. 6,000 steps)
Even worse - reasonablish day today though so hopefully something might come off tomorrow.
