Breakfast:
1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt and oat crunch ceral; mug of tea; 2 custard creams
Lunch:
5 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 apple
Dinner:
Salmon and leek omelette, cheese and tomatoes; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine
Exercise:
Walked into work (c. 9,500 steps)
On the way back down - reasonable day today as well.
