Cold chicken slices and mayonnaise; mug of tea
Snack:
3 chocolate biscuits; mug of tea
Dinner:
Salmon scrambled egg; 1 slice of wholemeal bread and philadelphia; pimms and lemonade; glass of wine
Exercise:
Couple of shorter walks (c. 9,000 steps)
Not unexpected - could have been a better day today as well, but we'll see . . .
