Day 20

Weight: 12 st 2 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 4 lbs in 19 days

Breakfast: 
Banana; mug of tea; 2 biscuits

Lunch: 
Sandwich / buffet work lunch; apple juice
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable omelette; glass of squash; glass of wine

Exercise:
General walking (c. 3,000 steps)

As expected - lunch today wasn't that good either, although dinner was better.
