Breakfast:
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; 2 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch:
Tomatoes and cottage cheese; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt
Snack:
2 slices of bara brith; half an onion bagel and philadelphia; glass of squash
Dinner:
Beefburger; oat-bran galette; greek honey and yoghurt; pimms and lemonade; glass of wine
Exercise:
Walked into work etc. (c. 11,500 steps)
Ok I suppose, had kind of hoped to make the 6lbs but not far off - drifted a bit today, but could have been worse, and did do a fair bit of walking.
