1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; apple; mug of tea
Lunch:
6 seafood sticks; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; 2 handfuls of raisins; diet pepsi
Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; bacardi and diet pepsi; glass of wine
Exercise:
Short walk into town and back from work (c. 7,000 steps)
On the way back down again - wish it would come off as quickly as it went on!
