Verdict: Self-inflicted wounds.

Dinner: chinese takeaway; 2 glasses of red wine

Verdict: Nearly 12 stone again - plus Chinese tonight . . .

Verdict: What can I say - curry!

Dinner: salmon omelette; fruit, greek yoghurt and ice cream; glass of squash

Verdict: Today was a day of snacking - need to find some motivation.

Dinner: fish, chips and mushy peas; diet coke; glass of red wine

Verdict: Finally some weight loss - phew!  Then there was fish and chips . . .

Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt, strawberries and honey; glass of squash; glass of red wine

Verdict: Slightly better day today - might lose something tomorrow (I hope!!)

Verdict: To be expected - seem to say that a lot recently!

Verdict: Well, another loss (amazingly) - bit of a bread day today though . . .

Snack: chips; 2.5 pints of cider

Dinner: 2 popadoms; selection of vegetable curries; pilau rice; plain naan; lots of red wine

Verdict: Well, it was a loss - then had curry (again).

Dinner: salmon and rice omelette; bacardi and diet coke

Verdict:  Again not unexpected - slightly better day today . . .

Lunch: 1 egg sandwich; 1 pack of ready salted crisps; 3 biscuits; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt

Snack: 1 packet of bacon fries; 1.5 pints of cider

Dinner: samosa, onion bhaji, chicken tikka; shabjee khufta; palak paneer; pilau rice; naan; lots of wine

Verdict: I suppose I had to expect the weight gain - not expecting much better of tomorrow either!

Dinner: orange chicken; chicken in black bean sauce; satay chicken; egg-fried rice; chips; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Glad to have maintained - but birthday indulgences today in a big way so not expecting to keep it off tomorrow.

Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; garlic baguette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Somewhat surprised - and pleased of course.  Not expecting such good things tomorrow!

Dinner: salmon and cheese omelette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Not to upset with that - at least I lost something this week . . .  work buffet today, plus indulged in biscuits.

Dinner: pepperoni pizza; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine; small glass of chocolate ruby

Verdict: Quite surprised to have lost something - not the best of days today either, although did walk a lot.

Verdict: Well static is better than nothing.  Another so-so day.

Dinner: chip butty; bacardi and diet coke; mug of hot lemon

Verdict: Bit of a gain, but did weigh myself a bit earlier in the day - sinned with chips.

Lunch: 3 slices of bread; broccoli cup-a-soup; handful of raisins; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: prawn and mushroom galette omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine; mug of hot lemon

Verdict: Again, pleased enough with that; again have been feeding the cold though . . .
