Weight: 11 st 11.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.6 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 35.4 lbs in 342 days

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and philadelphia; 2 handfuls of raisins; 2 mugs of tea

Lunch: 1 egg mayonnaise baguette; 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: 1 philadelphia baguette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of red wine

Verdict: Well, another loss (amazingly) - bit of a bread day today though . . .
