Day 334

Weight: 11 st 10.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.8 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 36.4 lbs in 333 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt and a handful of cranberry wheats; diet pepsi

Lunch: pack of ready salted crisps; 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel and syrup; 2 handfuls of raisins; diet coke

Dinner: bagel, veggie burger and chips; greek yoghurt and honey; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Well static is better than nothing.  Another so-so day.
