Weight: 11 st 11.2 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.2 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 35.8 lbs in 334 days

Breakfast: mug of tea

Lunch: bagel and fried egg; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke

Snack: 2 packets of cheese and onion crisps; 2 pints of cider

Dinner: onion bhajis; chana masalla; saag paneer; pilau rice; lots of wine

Verdict: Bad but busy day.
