Day 336

Weight: 11 st 11 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.4 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 36 lbs in 335 days

Breakfast: 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel; handful of raisins; 2 mugs of tea

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt

Snack: iced bun; mug of tea

Dinner: pepperoni pizza; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine; small glass of chocolate ruby

Verdict: Quite surprised to have lost something - not the best of days today either, although did walk a lot.
