Breakfast: 1 apple; mug of tea

Lunch: egg mayonnaise baguette; mug of tea

Snack: toasted teacake; glass of squash

Dinner: salmon and prawn risotto; strawberries and ice cream; glass of cider; glass of wine

Verdict: Self-inflicted wounds.
