Day 342

Weight: 11 st 12.2 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.2 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 34.8 lbs in 341 days

Breakfast: 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; handful of blueberry wheats; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 1 bagel and chive philadelphia; 1 vanilla cherry chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Snack: chips; 2.5 pints of cider

Dinner: 2 popadoms; selection of vegetable curries; pilau rice; plain naan; lots of red wine

Verdict: Well, it was a loss - then had curry (again).
