Lunch: 1 egg sandwich; 1 pack of ready salted crisps; 3 biscuits; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt
Snack: 1 packet of bacon fries; 1.5 pints of cider
Dinner: samosa, onion bhaji, chicken tikka; shabjee khufta; palak paneer; pilau rice; naan; lots of wine
Verdict: I suppose I had to expect the weight gain - not expecting much better of tomorrow either!
