Day 347

Weight: 11 st 12.6 lbs
Weight gain: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 34.6 lbs in 346 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 cake bar; 3 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea

Lunch: melba toast and cottage cheese; 1 apple

Snack: bagel and philly; more raisins; 2 mugs of hot chocolate

Dinner: salmon omelette; fruit, greek yoghurt and ice cream; glass of squash

Verdict: Today was a day of snacking - need to find some motivation.
