Verdict: Well, better than nothing I suppose - hoping for better tomorrow.

Dinner: cold chicken; leek mash; glass of wine

Verdict: Not unexpected.  Going back on 'attack' for 4 days after today so hopefully that will get us kick-started again.

Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; onion bhaji galette; apple and sultanas with greek yoghurt; glass of wine

Verdict: Pleased with today's weigh-in - unfortunately ate rather too much for dinner so not expecting to maintain the weight loss tomorrow.

Day 208

Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mini chocolate roll; mug of tea

Lunch: 1 pack of cold chicken; 1 chocolate orange mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mini chocolate roll / 1 mini flapjack; mug of tea

Dinner: spicy bean-burger and chips; 2.5 pints of cider; 2 glasses of wine; glass of chocolate ruby

Verdict: Better than nothing - did rather indulge in the evening, but then also had a late evening walk of the prom so hopefully that will help counter-act the effect of the all the food and drink!

Verdict: Still losing : )  Long walk today so don't feel guilty about the cake either.

Dinner: prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; mayonnaise; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine / chocolate ruby

Verdict: That's more like it - lunch today wasn't exactly diet friendly, but have clocked up 10,000 steps so hopefully it won't have too much of an effect.

Verdict: Not unexpected, but it takes me back over 12 stone again - need to start getting serious about this now - most of the seasonal goodies have been dispatched now though, so hopefully we can focus better and get rid of that final stone and a half.

Day 204

Verdict: Not a good week - topped off by the 7th curry-themed dinner in a row (we were celebrating) so tomorrow is not likely to be much better.

Day 202:
Breakfast: croissant, butter and jam; beans and egg on toast; cinnamon danish; orange juice; cup of tea
Lunch: mini cheese and tomato pizza; diet coke
Snack: mug of tea; jam tart; 5 biscuits; 2 mugs of hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: potato and spinach curry with rice; greek yoghurt and honey; chocolate; glass or two of wine

Day 203:
Breakfast: mullerlight yoghurt; Thornton's chocolates; mug of tea
Lunch: chicken and vegetable cup-a-soup; 2 slices of bread and mayonnaise; 2 clementines; mug of hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; oat-bran galette; semolina and apricot; bacardi and diet coke; small glass of chocolate ruby

Verdict:  Well it's been a curry-filled few days . . . still came out with some sort of weight loss at least : )

Verdict: Pleased with at least some weight-loss - not expecting great things of the next few days though!

Verdict: Oops - had hoped it wouldn't be quite that bad . . . and the birthday curry-fest is due to continue tonight, tomorrow, and possibly Thursday.  I think an 'attack phase' may be due after that!

Day 198

Verdict: Lost something anyway - then spoilt it all with a birthday (someone else's) curry - ah well.

Verdict: Not unexpected and at least I didn't end the week heavier than I started!

Day 196

Breakfast: 1 bowl honey waffles; dried apple slices; mug of tea

Lunch: 7 hovis crackers and cottage cheese; handful of dried apricots; 2 mugs of hot chocolate and cream liqueur

Dinner: beef stew, leek and potato mash; greek yoghurt and honey; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine (or two); half a box of chocolates (oops)

Verdict: Kind of expected something might go back on - had a very sedentary day today, and the chocolates have probably sealed my fate!

Verdict: Wasn't expecting that - but it's very welcome - think I'll be lucky to keep it all off tomorrow though!

Verdict: Wasn't expecting that, but pleased obviously!  Out in the evening for a postponed Christmas dinner so don't expect to maintain the weight loss unfortunately.
