Day 183

Weight: 11 st 12.6 lbs
Weight gain: 1.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 5.6 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 34.4 lbs in 182 days

Breakfast: christmas cake; mug of tea

Lunch: ryvita crackers and garlic philly; sesame sticks;

Dinner: bread roll and cheese; 2 slices of toast and condensed milk; sesame sticks; raspberry jelly and ice cream; glass of wine

Verdict: Well that didn't last long - knew it wasn't going to be the best of weeks, but was hoping for a little better than that - time to get back to normal now!
