Weight: 11 st 13.4 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2.2 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 33.6 lbs in 203 days

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; cheese and onion crisps; diet coke
Dinner: palak paneer; chana massala; pilau rice; peshwar naan; diet coke; apple and mango j2O

Verdict: Not a good week - topped off by the 7th curry-themed dinner in a row (we were celebrating) so tomorrow is not likely to be much better.
