Day 211

Weight: 11 st 12.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.8 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 34.4 lbs in 210 days

Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: leek and potato soup; 1 chocolate and orange mullerlight yoghurt

Snack: 1 mini chocolate roll; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: salmon omelette; oat-bran galette; light mayonnaise; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Well, better than nothing I suppose - hoping for better tomorrow.
