Breakfast: 1 bowl honey waffles; dried apple slices; mug of tea
Lunch: 7 hovis crackers and cottage cheese; handful of dried apricots; 2 mugs of hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: beef stew, leek and potato mash; greek yoghurt and honey; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine (or two); half a box of chocolates (oops)

Verdict: Kind of expected something might go back on - had a very sedentary day today, and the chocolates have probably sealed my fate!
