Day 189

Weight: 11 st 11.8 lbs
Weight loss: 1 lb
Weight loss this week: 1.2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 35.2 lbs in 188 days

Breakfast: 6 cream crackers and condensed milk; mug of tea

Lunch: 8 cream crackers and condensed milk and vegemite

Dinner: potato and chick-pea curry with rice; handful of bombay mix; home-made ice cream; glass of wine; chocolate ruby liqueur

Verdict:  That's good - not a very Dukan day, but could have been worse.
