Day 190

Weight: 11 st 11.2 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.8 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 35.8 lbs in 189 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; 2 clementines; mug of tea

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; mug of tea

Dinner:  beef casserole; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of wine; chocolate ruby liqueur

Verdict: Finally, a week where I've actually lost some weight again.  Most of the Christmas goodies are gone now, so hopefully this next week will be even better.
