Lunch: 1 pack of cold chicken; 1 chocolate orange mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mini chocolate roll / 1 mini flapjack; mug of tea
Dinner: spicy bean-burger and chips; 2.5 pints of cider; 2 glasses of wine; glass of chocolate ruby
Verdict: Better than nothing - did rather indulge in the evening, but then also had a late evening walk of the prom so hopefully that will help counter-act the effect of the all the food and drink!
