Breakfast: cold semolina and honey; mug of tea
Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: salmon omelette; broccoli; oat-bran galette; mayonnaise; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: Not unexpected, but it takes me back over 12 stone again - need to start getting serious about this now - most of the seasonal goodies have been dispatched now though, so hopefully we can focus better and get rid of that final stone and a half.
