Day 184

Weight: 11 st 13.6 lbs
Weight gain: 1 lb
Weight gain this week: 1 lb in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 33.4 lbs in 183 days

Breakfast: christmas cake; mug of tea

Lunch: 4 ryvita crackers and cheese; greek yoghurt and honey; mug of tea

Dinner: prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of lemonade; small glass of wine

Verdict:  Bad to worse - nearly back at 12 stone again : (  At least today was partially diet-friendly . . .
