Lunch: vegetarian sausage bap; 2 small tea-cakes and butter; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; rice; garlic and coriander naan; saag aloo; bacardi and diet coke; glass or two of wine
Verdict: Oops - had hoped it wouldn't be quite that bad . . . and the birthday curry-fest is due to continue tonight, tomorrow, and possibly Thursday. I think an 'attack phase' may be due after that!
