Lunch: cup-a-soup; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; 2 clementines; mug of hot chocolate; packet of cheese and onion crisps; pint of diet coke
Dinner: soup and roll; mushroom and nut wellington and vegetables; chocolate tart; mince pie; lots of wine; chocolate ruby liqueur
Verdict: Wasn't expecting that, but pleased obviously! Out in the evening for a postponed Christmas dinner so don't expect to maintain the weight loss unfortunately.
