Breakfast: greek yoghurt and honey; mug of tea

Lunch: cheese, tomato and basil roll; chocolate pudding and ice cream; glass of port

Dinner: chicken curry, rice and naan; sesame sticks; glass of wine

Verdict: Yay!! Lost something!
