Breakfast: fruit scone and margarine; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: parsnip and apple soup; 1/2 banana
Snack: 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel with light philadelphia; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner: cold chicken; leek mash; glass of wine
Verdict: Not unexpected. Going back on 'attack' for 4 days after today so hopefully that will get us kick-started again.
