Day 188

Weight: 11 st 12.8 lbs
Weight gain: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.2 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 34.2 lbs in 187 days

Lunch: cup-a-soup; bread roll and margarine; christmas cake; mug of hot chocolate and cream liqueur

Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; onion bhaji galette; cider shandy; glass of wine

Snack: cream crackers and condensed milk / vegemite

Verdict: Not too upset with that after yesterday's indulgence - we'll see what tomorrow brings.
