Lunch: broccoli and stilton cup-a-soup; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Snack: 7 hovis crackers and cottage cheese; mug of hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; onion bhaji galette; greek yoghurt and honey; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: Wasn't expecting that - but it's very welcome - think I'll be lucky to keep it all off tomorrow though!
