2 glasses red wine; lots of rosemary crackers

Well it came off again, and I did lots of walking today, but I also ate lots of 'cake' and topped it off with another wine (and cracker) sesh.  Not expecting great things tomorrow.

Bit disappointed to have put on, although it wasn't much - not a bad day otherwise - hopefully will lose it again tomorrow.

Wasn't entirely expecting that, but pleased of course! Reasonably good day food-wise and a good number of steps, so hope to maintain tomorrow at least.

Small weight loss, pleased with that - which makes just over 2kg (or 4.5lbs) in the first week.

Jacket potato, salad, tuna mayonnaise and cottage cheese; sorbet ice cream

1 glass of red wine

Zumba; Steps (12,363)

Well, didn't lose anything, but didn't put anything on either, after a curry dinner, so can't be too upset.  Not a bad day today, but still a bit carby - not sure what that will mean for tomorrow.

Sourdough naan, chicken pakora, veggie curry, poppadoms; strawberries and greek yoghurt

1 glass of red wine; a couple of handfuls of popcorn

Exercise:
Zumba; Steps (16,143)

Great to see yesterday's gain come off - bit more indulgence today in terms of food, but did scale it back, and did lots of steps, with an evening walk out at Ynyslas.
