Day 3

Weight: 84.2 kg
Weight loss: 0.6 kg
Weight loss this week: 1.4 kg in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 1.4 kg in 2 days

Lunch: 
4 crackers, veggie sticks, hummus and cottage cheese

Dinner:
Vegetable stir fry with noodles; strawberries, greek yoghurt, and ice cream

Indulgence:
2 glasses red wine

Exercise:
Swim (30 lengths); Steps (8,559)

Reasonable day diet-wise, did go for a swim but otherwise only managed a short walk - too much wine again.
