Day 5

Weight: 84 kg
Weight gain: 0.2 kg
Weight loss this week: 1.6 kg in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 1.6 kg in 4 days

Lunch: 
8 crackers, cucumber, hummus and cottage cheese

Dinner:
Tortellini with pesto and veggies; ice cream

Indulgence:
1 glass of red wine; a few handfuls of popcorn

Exercise:
Swim (30 lengths); Steps (7,561)

As anticipated, a minor weight gain.  Weather not so great so had more crackers and less veggies at lunchtime, but still not too bad a day diet-wise (slightly hung over after yesterday's over indulgence in cider).  Hoping to see some weight loss tomorrow.
