Chip shop chips, fried egg and beans; strawberries, greek yoghurt, and ice cream

A nice start weight loss wise, and a pretty active day (lots of gardening and a walk on the prom) - dinner was not the healthiest, but offset by lunch - fell of the wagon with the wine!
