Day 10

Weight: 83.1 kg
Weight gain: 0.1 kg
Weight loss this week: 0.4 kg in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 2.5 kg in 9 days

Lunch: 
Hummus, veggie sticks and 6 crackers

Dinner:
Stir fried veggies, ham and eggs; strawberries and greek yoghurt

Indulgence:
Rum and amaretto

Exercise:
Swim (36 lengths); Steps (7,376)

Bit disappointed to have put on, although it wasn't much - not a bad day otherwise - hopefully will lose it again tomorrow.
