Weight: 83.5 kg

Lunch: 
Tuna mayonnaise, hummus, veggie sticks and 4 crackers; 1 small apple

Dinner:
Vegetable couscous; sorbet ice cream

Indulgence:
2 glasses red wine

Exercise:
Swim (30 lengths); Steps (8,726)

Small weight loss, pleased with that - which makes just over 2kg (or 4.5lbs) in the first week.
