Lunch: 
Hummus, veggie sticks and 5 crackers

Dinner:
Soup and bagel; rice pudding

Indulgence:
2 glasses of wine

Exercise:
Zumba; Steps (15,293)

Wasn't entirely expecting that, but pleased of course! Reasonably good day food-wise and a good number of steps, so hope to maintain tomorrow at least.
