Day 4

Weight: 83.8 kg
Weight loss: 0.4 kg

Lunch: 
4 crackers, veggie sticks, hummus and cottage cheese

Dinner:
Scampi and chips on the Pier

Indulgence:
4 pints of cider; very small glass of red wine

Exercise:
Zumba; Steps (10,471)

Night out and far too much alcohol probably did for me today, reasonably active though (walking to and from pubs!) and did do a short Zumba session.  Best I can hope for tomorrow is that I haven't put anything back on.
