Breakfast: christmas cake; mug of tea

Lunch: 5 ryvita crackers and cheese; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and sprout stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; handful of pistachio nuts; glass of southern comfort and lemonade; glass of mulled wine

Verdict:  Well at least I didn't put anything on . . .
