Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: 1 cheese and spring onion sandwich; cheese and onion crisps; small piece of carrot cake; chocolate chip cookie; mug of hot chocolate and cream liqueur
Dinner: prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; mayonnaise; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine / chocolate ruby
Verdict: That's more like it - lunch today wasn't exactly diet friendly, but have clocked up 10,000 steps so hopefully it won't have too much of an effect.
