Day 200

Weight: 11 st 13.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2.2 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 33.6 lbs in 199 days

Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: ham and mozzerella baguette; cheese and onion crisps; mug of hot chocolate

Snack: hot chocolate; slice of IKEA daim cake

Dinner: paneer starter; curry and rice; plain naan; 3 pints of cider; 2 glasses of wine

Verdict: Pleased with at least some weight-loss - not expecting great things of the next few days though!
