Day 186

Weight: 11 st 13.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.8 lb in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 33.6 lbs in 185 days

Breakfast: christmas cake; mug of tea

Lunch: cup-a-soup; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt 2 clementines; mug of tea; pint of diet coke

Dinner: fish, chips and mushy peas; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict:  Hey, weight loss : )  - but followed by fish and chips (which at least I enjoyed this time) . . .
