Lunch: 1.5 sandwiches; 2 welsh cakes; fruit
Snack: 2 biscuits; cup of tea
Dinner: salmon and cheese omelette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: Not to upset with that - at least I lost something this week . . . work buffet today, plus indulged in biscuits.
