Day 337

Weight: 11 st 11 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.4 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 36 lbs in 336 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; handful of cranberry wheats; 3 biscuits; cup of tea

Lunch: 1.5 sandwiches; 2 welsh cakes; fruit

Snack: 2 biscuits; cup of tea

Dinner: salmon and cheese omelette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Not to upset with that - at least I lost something this week . . .  work buffet today, plus indulged in biscuits.
