Day 338

Weight: 11 st 9.6 lbs
Weight loss: 1.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.4 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 37.4 lbs in 337 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 pack of ready salted crisps; 1 cherry vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt

Snack: 1 pack of cheese and onion crisps; diet coke

Dinner: chicken and vegetable curry; garlic baguette; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: Somewhat surprised - and pleased of course.  Not expecting such good things tomorrow!
