1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Lunch:
6 seafood sticks; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt
Snack:
2 handfuls of raisins; 1 mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of squash
Exercise:
Walking the prom (c. 9,000 steps)
Well, can't say it wasn't unexpected - had a good day today though so hopefully I'll recover my position somewhat tomorrow.
